Welcome to Malta-Wills, a service specifically aimed at the British expatriate living abroad. I believe we all appreciate the importance of making or updating a Will, but for many people it is one of those things that just gets ‘put off’ to another day. Living outside the UK also presents additional problems for many people wishing to arrange these matters.

If you are not completely satisfied with the service offered, you will be entitled to a 100% refund of any fees paid.*

Our service is aimed at the British domiciled (see note in frequently asked questions) expatriate living in Malta requiring a UK Will. We advise all clients owning property or other assets in Malta to also have an up-to-date Maltese Will. Please ask should help be required in this area.
